Much bigger store compared the one in NYC. Lots of realistic bathroom/shower displays which I often find very helpful. Robert was of great help and knows the product very well. Most importantly he has a talent for finding and matching the right tiles.
Terrible warehouse pickup service. They can confirm the order is paid can’t deliver the order with excuses to their software. That was only a box of tile which was last part of a big order. Just stay away from them. They have no practicality. The employees don’t care about you and won’t do anything unless you have to fight to get it. I understand sometimes things might go wrong, software can create issues but with a talented team leader you have to work around the issues. Sales guy needs a education
It's so nice that there is a store in this area that really have modern style furniture, a wide variety of wood for your floors, as well as a variety of tiles for the bathroom. The woman in front of the entrance was polite and thank you for not asking a lot questions but simply giving us the opportunity to walk through the store alone in silence and just look around, because in other stores they ask too many questions right at the entrance and it’s just annoying
