The sales person was very inattentive and didn't acknowledge me at the time of entering the store. In fact, the vibe was snooty as though I was being profiled as a customer who couldn't afford their kitchen and tile products. I was looking around for at least 20 minutes and their sales lady never acknowledge me nor asked did I need someone to help me. The sales lady was more concerned with assisting her French speaking customer who was wearing designer brand clothing. Never expected to experience such a careless attitude.

Very positive experience! Materials are top quality and so many choices…we chose a tile very different than our typical style and it paid off. Our bar area was transformed. Robert was so helpful from start to finish and when we had over ordered, he made return of the unopened box so easy. Thank you!

Much bigger store compared the one in NYC. Lots of realistic bathroom/shower displays which I often find very helpful. Robert was of great help and knows the product very well. Most importantly he has a talent for finding and matching the right tiles.

Terrible warehouse pickup service. They can confirm the order is paid can’t deliver the order with excuses to their software. That was only a box of tile which was last part of a big order. Just stay away from them. They have no practicality. The employees don’t care about you and won’t do anything unless you have to fight to get it. I understand sometimes things might go wrong, software can create issues but with a talented team leader you have to work around the issues.
