We visited the showroom on Tuesday 28 of October, Maria Sanchez help me out with all my enquiries about tiles and bathrooms , I'm not that kind of person that likes to leave reviews on Google but she was brilliant and she deserves a good review for her service.

Awful customer service - no smile, no friendly greeting just cold stares. Barely acknowledged us, extremely snobby and stuck up attitude
To the lady sat at the table where the tablet is placed for vehicle registrations. You are very cold and rude!! Learn some basic customer service skills, you put off a potential customer willing to spend ££££££’s, your loss, I will take my business elsewhere.
I just wanted to say a big thank you to Iliana Ceballos at Porcelanosa. She’s been so helpful and supportive with my issue even after the sale, and the aftercare service she’s provided has been amazing.
