Really disappointing experience. We had an appointment 3 weeks ago now, and when we turned up, were told that the person we were supposed to see was triple booked, so we had to see someone else. That was fine, except that the guy we saw decided to speak and answer all questions through my husband. Anyway, we had a good look, and were told next steps were that he would provide a design layout to help us make our choices. It was a broken toilet seat cover but iliana at the reception was very helpful in ordering a new one.
Great products, terrible customer service. Despite being promised a refund on some unused tiles after 4 weeks of incompetence from numerous staff we are now told there is no refund available. 4 times we emailed and called 3 times and it's wasn't until 4 weeks had passed that we were told we couldn't return the tiles. What a bunch of time wasters
Went to the showroom in Manchester, parked in the car park and then a month later received a car parking fine - even though we were customers of the showroom. Have since contacted the showroom via phone and was told to email the showroom and they would sort it. Heard nothing, so called again, the lady said she was forwarding the email to the correct team. Have still, however, had no response.
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Iliana for our small bathroom project, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very start, she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, guiding us through tile choices and design ideas that perfectly suited our space. Our project wasn’t huge but she gave us the same level of attention and care as if it were. She really took the time to understand what we wanted and offered suggestions that made all the difference.
