There were delay on things that needs to be done and the staff lacks accountability. They waited up to the last minute to inform us via email (yes! Not even a proper phone call) that our closing will be delayed because a document was not stamped. So all the excitement about purchasing our first home turned into disappointment and frustration! They still did what needs to be done, but surely there are things that could’ve been done more efficiently.
