I found Kristina through ARAG insurance. We worked with her from February to October but never received our final trust. ARAG eventually allowed us to select a different attorney due to what they described as the “unique nature of the situation.” As another reviewer mentioned, Kristina gives the impression that she will complete the work but never follows through. Communication is inconsistent, with repeated excuses or long periods of silence.

I retained Kristina through my employer's legal services benefit back in March of 2025. Intake and information forms were all filled out and submitted, and that's when everything stopped. I continually reached out and was told she was behind, she was working on it, she would get back to me that day, etc. As of September 2025, I have not received any further communication or follow through on my services. Would not recommend.

Kristina handled my Living Trust with exceptional care and professionalism. As it was my first time creating one, I had a lot of questions and requested several changes along the way. Despite my being a bit difficult and very busy, she remained incredibly patient, responsive, and understanding throughout the entire process. Kristina is a skilled and dedicated attorney who truly puts her clients first. I highly recommend her services—you won’t be disappointed.

Mrs. Porcar couldn't have been more helpful. She actually answered the phone when I called and listened to what I was asking instead of just regurgitating some pre-practiced response. Kristina directed me in another direction, which was better for my situation, and this was actually at her own expense as it was something I have to do in another state. By doing this, Kristina does not get paid. This kind of customer interaction is a relic of the past and it was nice to talk with someone who is a true professional.
