This is my 1st and only experience with Brad. Brad was my public defender for a case I was innocent of. Brad tried to get the state to drop the charges. (I’m innocent) But when they wouldn’t Brad took it to a jury trial. We started and 9 and I was home by 1 with a dismissed case. Do what you you want with this information just my experience.
This lawyer was only concerned with how much money it would cost to go to trial. Had to settle. He didn’t even think as a lawyer what options I could try for. After settling I spoke with another lawyer…she asked why he didn’t do XY or Z….I wish I had gotten a different lawyer. Paying the price for ignorance now. Go somewhere else.
