Automatically renewed my annual subscription without confirmation or notification. Would not allow me to cancel said subscription even though I reached out to customer service immediately after receiving notice of billing. A dishonest and predatory business practice.
I have just realized that I received a renewal request in the mail 5 months in a row. A check was mailed out each time and deposited by Popular Mechanics. WHAT GIVES????
