My log in wasn't working for the mobile app. When I asked customer service I get no reply. Then an email while I'm at work, after 5pm telling me they're closing the account ON THE SAME DAY. Bank is probably better back home, here in the states, it's trash.

This banks has a wonderful staff and it's located in the perfect area. Unfortunately, it constantly has many issues with their system that makes it inconvenient and unsatisfying for their customers. I personally have encountered this problem in three separate occasions wasting gas and time. I hope they can solve this matter promptly.
