Great customer service, I never have any issues.The employees are polite & serve great customer service.
I use their online banking division called Popular Direct. I invested in a 6 month CD with them by transferring the funds from my primary bank to Popular Direct. Everything went very smooth and they returned my money with interest without any problems. I am now going to open a savings account with them because they are honest, straightforward and don’t play games when it’s time to return your money.
