1:There's no after hours ATM service. Went there last Thursday...place was open but no service at all. Do not give this location your business! I came in with all documents to open a checking account. Because the manager seen I had a check he rufused to open an account for me all because he didn’t know where my money is coming from. Like what?? If I was a different skin color guaranteed I would have walked out with a new account np. Went to different location and had no issues
Horrible. Went there on 10/04/24 just before 1pm. Used the ATM, no problem. Saw 3 people waiting for customer service and figured it would be a short wait. Signed my name on the clipboard and I sat down and waited. Got skipped over once but I won't complain because she was a much older lady. When the customer service agent comes back she grabs the clipboard and was approached by another person who spoke to her and then took her instead.
