This bank is the best bank ever. I love the customer service here. Then banking with them for over 20 years and I will never switch Baldo and Keren are the best. If you need a business account or a loan don't hesitate this is definitely the bank!!!

I'd opened loan account to boost my credit 24 months ago and maturity was on 6/2. I traveled to the branch and the teller, an old sweet lady named Mrs Hernandez, told me that I was required to pay at the branch the last installment in order to be able to cancel and withdraw the funds. She assured me (hesitant), that my account won't be debited for this payment because she placed a stop. I went ahead and paid in cash the last installment.
