Horrible customer service ! Horrible management ! Guest concerns are not taken seriously or handled with urgency ! I came into branch on Friday April 13th before 4 pm closing time.. The experience was horrible from the beginning. Teller Gabriela before greeting me, had noone in her line and then told me to see another teller. Seemed like she was more concerned about ending her shift. Once I collected the deposit slips needed , Gabriela then had to tend to me as the other teller was occupied.
