Today(08/30/2022) from this location someone tried to take money from my bank of America debit card( cloned card/fake card). 2 times tried to take in the amount of $124 . 1 declined, 2-d was successfully. I called to BoA and closed my card. BoA opened claim. Question is how Popular bank can let it? were is the security? Why scammer didn't use BoA ATM? They know which bank security is week.
The woman who answered the phone today and did not know what she was speaking of and then proceeded to place me on a hold after I requested to speak to someone more knowledgeable was very rude and ignorant. I will be there tomorrow for your name and I’ve already made my complaint via corporate. For you and the fellow you put on the phone who also did not know what he was speaking about! This branch has a bunch of inhabitant and rude employees who don’t know anything about popular bank protocol
