I was very skeptical about the choice of branch when I was trying to figure out which branch to go to since all 3 local branches had some bad reviews. It was very important for me to make sure all my wire transfers go out before 9:30am and it was my first time using this bank in Florida. Thankfully this branch did open on time at exactly 9am and my banker Myrtle Charles was able to help me take care of business in a professional and timely manner. 4pm closing is ridiculous for working people who need to make business deposits. Waiting until Friday is asking alot. And NO hours on Sat.!!!
