Absolutely terrible. Delivered flowers to wrong address. Have a ring doorbell which picks up motion and seen everyone else that day. Phoned florist to ask why they were sent to wrong address of which I don't know. Got told driver tried to deliver and would have left with a neighbour. No delivery driver on doorbell and no note through door advising where they were left. Owner has abrupt discourteous attitude with poor customer concern/service. Unpleasant experience around funeral flowers alternative florist in the area offer much more patient compassionate service

I received flowers for my birthday, it was the hatbox arrangement. I am florist myself and currently work in an Interflora shop so know how restricted you are with stem count but if I had put out what I received I would get sacked, the oasis didnt even fit the box fully so would move around and as a result there was broken heads but to be honest the quantity and quality of the flowers were pathetic anyway.
