I came in to make a simple deposit that should’ve taken 5 minutes, but it ended up taking 20 due to slow service and equipment issues. During the visit, one of the employees was talking VERY loudly on the phone, which was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. And after holding my ID for nearly 20 minutes, they even had to call me back after I left to update it in their system. Overall, quite a frustrating and disappointing experience.
Always quick and easy transactions. Polite and welcoming. I had never heard of them before and was a bit uneasy but found there was nothing to work about.
I tried opening an estate acct for my sister and their is an East Indian man in there that likes to argue. I live an hour and 15 to 30 minutes away and when I went in Friday, I understood he needed to verify my info, told me he would call me back Monday morning. Monday afternoon comes and he hasn't called. Then when I told him he said he would call Monday morning, he proceeded to argue with me. If you like to argue with somebody there, go there, otherwise, run away fast

A family member told me about Poppy Bank. The people at the Folsom branch in Bel Air have made me feel so welcome! The rates are great, and the service is excellent! Everyone has been so nice, especially Kassandra and Zak.
