My wife and I drive here from Los Altos Hills just to deal with MS. Acosta, who is the best manager and provides excellent service. She had helped us at a branch in Palo Alto and we followed here. She is the very best. Thank you.

-Very helpful staff. Never have to wait when call during business hours. Competitive interest rate for account with banks you can deal in person in Bay area. - Website can be improved. One time it can not be accessed at night without notice or warning to users

This review should have negative stars. Extreamly Unprofessional,Loud, RUDE and Racist MANAGER. She has no idea what a customer service means. I told her she just lost business from me. Neither seem to care nor she did she apologize. I strongly DO NOT recomend this bank for any type of financial services. Atleast not the Safeway Milpitas branch.

The worst ATM bank and station ever. I went there I was in rush, I wanted to withdraw money from ATM, the machine deducted money from my account but did not give me the cash! I talked to the guy in the poppy bank station next to ATM and he did not do anything at all. He only told me to call the bank issued my credit card! The only response was the machine had this problem previously!!!!!
