This place is disgusting and those residents deserve so much better. They are not being properly taken care of like they should be. The place is disgusting, their rooms are messy, clothing is scattered all over the place and clothing scattered all in their closets. The patients rarely have any clothing socks, body wash lotion etc. the family members obviously don't care about them at all esp to have them there.
Do not trust this facility to take care of your loved ones. The director is incompetent and extremely rude. Highly recommend you avoid and spread the word, our love ones deserve better!
After an extensive and exhausting search, we found the right place to call home away from for my mother! There are so many positive things to say about this AMAZING and WONDERFUL facility. On arrival, you are greeted and acknowledged. The staff members from the executive director, Cynthia, to the CNAs to the med techs to the housekeeping staff are ALL a pleasure to have interactions with and are beyond helpful.
