Paid Debra Popineau $2500 to set up a irrevocable Family Trust in August of 2018 with everything going to my 16 year old daughter at age 25. I have heath issues and my days are numbered. I called this office today about amending the trust from age 25 to age 30. I was told Debra will get back to me. 1 hour later her asst. call and said the Trust can NOT be amended. Debra does excellent work. Very competent and thorough lawyer. I would recommend her work to anyone who needs her focused area of law.
I didn't hate anything.
This lady is a crook. Shes over priced and double charges for fees already paid. I wouldnt trust her. I have reported her to the state board for disiplinary action
