I have been using Pope Tax Service for about 4 years now, I love them like family. I got my parents to go there as well! They spend time on your tax return to ensure EVERYTHING is accurate. That means a ton to me since they are dealing with my income. They also help me in advising me on business ownership opportunities and how to better my income. To me, that's value right there. And you know, if I have to get an extension on my tax return so they could spend a couple more minutes/hours/days on my return, so be it, it's not ... read more

Not very professional. Apparently I upset him, and instead of letting me know what I did, so i could try to make amends, he chose to belittle me in front of my elderly father and accuse me of being stoned. That was a hit below the belt, seeing as though I have an incurable, rare disease. I can own my mistake, but belittling a disabled person just isn't nice.
