Took them over 6 months to do personal tax returns that could have been done in a week (HR Block did them in a week after I got my paperwork back from this place). Horrible customer service as well, they do not let you speak to the CPA.
I submitted my paperwork last year for my personal tax to be prepared for the first time with this CPA. Finally after waiting 6 weeks I contacted them and asked if they lost my paperwork, which they had no clue about my file. They finally got my taxes prepared a few days after i called. I cut them some slack being the first time even though once I asked some people afterwards they said it was typical for them, ie: they are the worst in town about getting your paperwork back to you.
