Waited 1.5 years for a pre order to get refunded in store credit. Called multiple times over that timespan and was lied to every single time. Horrible company
Visited the store while in Melbourne for holidays. While the store is great and packed to the rafters with awesome collectables, the standout for me was the customer service I received from Jess while there. While you can have the best store and products, to me it’s the customer service that makes the visit most memorable, and Jess made it a 5 star experience.
Great range of small to large figures and pop culture products. Can get quite busy.
