No communication, order still processing can take 2 weeks I was told because they had a sale. Really 2 weeks to process an order? Seriously? Amazon would've sent it same day. Apparently it is 'normal' for online... I ran a sportswear store online for 10 years. Every order went same day, bar weekends and public holidays otherwise my customers would get pissed. Do better! If you can't run an online store don't!
