It's impossible to get through to someone on the phone. I wait over 10 minutes on the line then the call just drops. I don't like the call back method all the time because I get busy when they finally call me back and I can't get to the phone. It seems that they will only call you back and not answer the phone at all if you wait on hold.
Employees are fabulously pleasant, efficient, professional, great customer service!
Popa Fcu is the gold standard of credit unions, the staff is always professional and their services are outstanding. Sylvia the manager, is always stepping away from her desk to make sure that things are always running smooth. I absolutely recommend Popa Federal Credit Union if you’re looking for hassle-free banking.
Not sure who the low reviewers are? No comments on why they gave such a terrible rating. Anyhow, I've been a member since I was a child. Always fantastic service!!!For a short period of time as a young adult, I had a regular banking account. It didn't take long for me to realize the difference between that institution and POPA! Stellar customer service. Going to miss the one-on-one contact when I move out of the state. However, I know they will be just a phone call away!
POPA has always been great customer service. I wish they had more branches, but I make due with the coop atms.
