Been a popa member for close to 18 years now. The hours aren't convenient in any manner. The assistance there are more often kind. I did have a fraudulent transaction after having to give customer service a call for a block on my card. I was frustrated and not getting help hed say he unblocled my card then when i would attempt to use it it wouldn't go through, and the guy who took all my person informal, card info, social, birth date was very sarcastic and unprofessional.
