Be careful at this bank. The employees are RUDE and lie. Many people at my job have experienced the same thing with this bank. Plus it takes hair and teeth pulling to escalate and speak with a supervisor. I was told multiple times the supervisors are not available but was never offered a call back? Hmm. Beware! Also check the credit union. Gov website for their complaints. Fraud bank!
It's impossible to get through to someone on the phone. I wait over 10 minutes on the line then the call just drops. I don't like the call back method all the time because I get busy when they finally call me back and I can't get to the phone. It seems that they will only call you back and not answer the phone at all if you wait on hold.
Employees are fabulously pleasant, efficient, professional, great customer service!
