Overall a great Credit Union. Only issue is that there is not enough branch locations and the app and website are exceedingly outdated.
Going in person is fine, very friendly. Phone is a whole different story. No longer can u reach individual branches, all calls go to one bank. This means everytime i call, I'm on hold for usually 30 mins. I can opt for call back but my cell sometimes send it straight to vmail so I'm forced to stay on the line. Bring back being able to call individual branch
