Beautiful unique gowns. Nice variety. Excellent customer service.
I purchased a dress through fb. The dress did not fit so they refused to exchange because of their policy, that’s fine, but the dress also smelled like fish and had two small tears in the dress. The owner was contacted and did not try to resolve the issue. I contacted PayPal and the owner responded on there telling me I would need to ship and pay a shipping fee and I would also have to pay a $50 restock fee, then it seems She blocked me off of fb. I’m sorry but I don’t do business this way, will not do business here again.
Best customer service, always willing to check stock, suggest ideas and answer questions. Absolutely my go to for pageant items for all ages.
If I could give 100 stars I would. P.O.P Pageantry is by far our favorite place to purchase clothing for my daughter’s pageants. The response time from the owner is phenomenal. She always responds to my questions in under 5 minutes every single time. The prices of her merchandise can not be beat and she even offers a payment plan if needed on the more costly dresses.
