The Indian lady at the front desk was cold and unfriendly, with not even a simple “thank you” after my purchase. What’s most disappointing is that POP MART seems to overlook the emotional value of the customer experience — ironically, that is the very core of this entire industry.
Very unpleasant shopping experience. Can’t believe a Popmart store doesn’t even prepare a table for customers to put their drinks. Unfriendly staffs and security forced me to leave my milktea outside on the floor. Kinda stunned.
Chinese staff very rude, I picked the wrong box $56. He said the rules, can’t change. I know but didn’t read no reading glasses. His act not good service for regular customer. So disappointed.
A well stocked, clean, and well laid out store. Easy to navigate with good selection. Found what I was after, and something I wasn’t!
