Very disappointing and frustrating experience at Pop Mart Chatswood Westfield. On 24 May around 11:30am, I returned to the store with a faulty Labubu item together with the original receipt from my purchase on 23 May. A female staff member at the counter accepted both the faulty item and the receipt, and advised me that refunds were not available in store, but that an exchange could be arranged within one month. Love this store! The employees are all so nice, especially Nick. He was incredibly helpful today and gave me some really awesome advice. It’s so rare to get such genuine, friendly service these days. 10/10!
Had a great experience at Pop Mart Chatswood! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They gave great recommendations, were always smiling, and came over to chat with us, which made the whole experience even more enjoy
