BAD SERVICE : I know drinks and food are not allowed and stopped by security guards, we asked if we can just hold and got refused no, security asked to put a cup of tea inside our bag and its already open like how? I am a loyal customer and dont come to city often and want to make purchase for new series! Very disappointing and I wont come back to this store! Even Chadstone has table to put drinks. I am speechless and disappointed with this store.
Was initially really excited to visit the store but my experience was completely ruined by rude and dismissive staff. I accidentally grabbed a pop mart on display (with poor unclear signage not stating "do not touch") and the staff members made me feel really bad and starting openly complaining about customers for doing so. They then took up the entire display section trying to attach a sign and rearrange the display pop marts and were very dismissive of us. Good labubus
First time dropping by at the Bourke St store. Nash was very accommodating and willing to help assist with my questions.
One of the blond hair staff has a very rude attitude towards customer. I opened my blend box and it had a quality issue, so I went back for exchange. She offered me very dirty displays and asked me to choose. Then I said I want a same one, she told me that would be taking at least three months. She looked really annoyed at me.
