I purchased a phone case here about two months ago and it is already starting to fall apart. When I went back to the store to show them the defect, they completely refused to replace it. Instead, I was actually advised to just use super glue to stick it back together myself. Terrible quality and even worse customer service. I definitely do not recommend purchasing anything from this place
the girl at the front today (wednesday the 21st at around 11pm) had the worst and most unfriendly attitude. When one of my friends tried making small talk she simply looked at her with an annoyed face and did not even bother greeting her and trying to be nice. popmart needs to do better with training their employees. seeing the workers attitude definitely drew me away from making a purchase.
