Kira was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She was knowledgeable about the products, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and made the shopping experience enjoyable. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection.
I love this particular store. It feels magical in here and whenever I go in, I discover something fun that I overlooked the last time or perhaps the staff will let me know what’s newly arrived!! The staff here is so flipping amazing!! Kira makes you feel do welcomed and she herself feels magical and full of joy. My gf and I have been to the american dream mall, quakerbridge, and Bridgewater locations. Each have their pros and cons. This was our first time at this location and wow! It was the biggest one for sure. Very organized. For those who appreciated Labubus before the hype would be very pleased with the inventory here.
