We had a great experience here thanks to the staff being very helpful and friendly, helping us find exactly what we wanted! :) Especially Koi (not sure how to spell their name exactly sorry) who was very friendly helped us find the items we were looking for and explained to us which displays matched to which boxes, along with helping us with the membership signup process and World Cup promotions! :)

The employees are very friendly and helpful but there has been a problem. They always refill the product. This is the third time it happened to me. The first time I just let it be but today I bought two of each toys from same series. Dimo the secret theatre club and SkullPanda Petals in four acts series. I bought them at the same time for me and my friends they are put in the same box. And guess what we bought the same exact thing for both series. The cashier was friendly when I got a blind box. It is tiny inside and some people can be rude by getting in your way but it’s a nice place
