They have some really rude staff here. Ask too many questions and they get frustrated with you, treat you poorly and flippantly. One staff member was incredibly nice, and I don’t want to discredit all of them. But overall, this is probably my least favorite Popmart location in LA. Sorry, but I won’t be coming here again.
They have so many cute little figures right now. I loved the Hello Kitty Labubus the most. My daughter asked for the little mystery Stitch plushie they had so I got her one. The store is downstairs but they also had a vending machine upstairs.
I feel like it’s typical of associates at every Pop Mart location to just stand around and not take initiative to greet you or ask if you need help. I asked one associate about a particular Pucky item, and she was not certain what it did. “I think it makes noise?” Wow, thank you? I ended up looking at Insta videos to figure this myself. I gave 3 stars simply because this was the least busy location I’d been to, which made shopping here a slight bit pleasant.
good selection of stuff and Staff was very friendly and engaging! Big thank you to the manager with the piercings who Helped me find everything I needed while being Patient and cool. Will definitely shop again :)
