I had an amazing experience at this Pop Mart location. The store was well organized, and the selection was great. A special thank you to Bella for providing outstanding customer service. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made my visit even more enjoyable. Their kindness and willingness to help really stood out. I’ll definitely be back!
Super friendly staff and lots of selection. I'm definitely not the target market for this store, but I have friends that are so I've stopped in a variety of different places looking for gifts. Everything is easy to browse so worth a visit if you're in the mall.
Absolutely love this popmart in arden!! Bella and Misty do an amazing job making costumers feel welcomed, they also gave me luck on pulling whatever character i wanted!! Fantastic employees
This is one of the nicest popmarts I’ve been to and the staff is so nice, especially Jada. She had such an amazing attitude and was so welcoming. She even took the time to help me pick out some blind boxes (WE GOT THE SECRET!)
Yesterday I went and had such a wonderful time! Liza is so kind and really made shopping so much fun. I will definitely be back very soon!
