I go to this location with my little black doggie @Mr_CooperOnyx and although the spaces can be tight, what makes it worth it is their staff. They are welcoming and so incredibly accommodating and super sweet to my dog that it makes it worth it to travel out to that specific location. Their customer service is above and beyond, and I would like to highlight that, Carmela and John really set the tone towards what incredible customer experience is about. Unwelcoming staff makes people not want to return.
You don’t have any peace while shopping when the employees that’s supposed to stand by the door comes to stand all the way in the middle of the store to watch you. It’s like they racially profile customers that they think will steal. And when you move to the other side of the store to browse another IPA they will send a different employee to watch you on the other side of the store. It’s so obvious what they are doing. The employee demanded to check our bags and was extremely unfriendly. Ruined my experience here.
Today I was told that it was store policy that they check my bag. Although I seen several people with bags walk out after me and not be searched! I believe I was racially profiled which ruined my over all experience I suggest any black Americans or black peoples in general avoid this location at all costs. The staff are very unprofessional and a horrible representation of Pop mart as a company
