The worst experience forever, manager loudly accused me of trying to tamper with boxes without any evidence. I stayed respectful and still purchased four blind boxes. After opening my purchased items, I compared the weight of one of my own boxes with a display box because collectors often check weight differences. The manager suddenly came out again and publicly accused me of trying to switch products, despite having absolutely no proof. buyer beware is the store personnel do not adhere to the return policy of 15 days with receipt for items which are not blind boxes or internet purchases or special collectibles. basically you buy and you cannot return no matter what the item is. anything damaged is exchange only. the so-called return policy is nothing less than deceptive trade practice.
