Getting mad when people very gently touch a display keychain to get a better look at a product they may purchase is crazy work. They're $30 plushies not fine china. If you dont want them touched, put them in a plastic display. I woulda bought something if the employee wasnt a Karen.
I will never spend another dime at this store due to the worst customer service experience ever! My daughter likes shopping here too! Good thing we have the one at the Palladio!
