Very frustrating staff who seem more intent on having customers out of the store as fast as possible rather than helping. We had a situation where something we just bought came out of the package BROKEN and the staff member we spoke to was very unsympathetic and unhelpful in regards to reimbursement for the damage.
When I visited awhile back it wasn’t busy, just me and a friend taking a look around and we left with 2 boxes. The whole time we were being followed and stalked (mind you not once were we provided customer service or asked any questions) and were being watched on all sides by different employees and it felt extremely uncomfortable. Aaron helped me big time in getting my flip with me labubu and went above and beyond to support my labubu collection please give him an amazing raise and bonus as he’s helped me in no other pop mart did except for him in the northridge California location I appreciate that
It’s incredible there. Just ignore the negative reviews. My boyfriend and I love shopping there! Everything is so cute!
