I love the service.
This Location is Card only. It was my first time going to a Popmart store in person , I usually always order online and get it shipped to my home. I was upset that there was no sign or that the workers that are standing right in front of the store do not mention anything to us customers coming in to purchase. I had finally chose something to buy and when I get to the register to pay the worker tells me that they are Card only. Buying Labubus or any blind box? Avoid this Popmart - they open them and resell them. I bought six Macaron Labubu blind boxes from Popmart Westfield Culver City on 8.27. They were given to be in one big box that had been shrink wrapped shut. When I got home and opened the MACs I found out the blink boxes had already been opened and resealed back up.
