Staff was wonderful helping me pick out my blindboxes as there was a specific character I was looking to get even got lucky and was able to pick from a new box! Unfortunately didn't get the one I wanted because I had seen the card when I opened my box outside but still loved the idea of not getting a dupe and getting a different character. I’ve been a loyal customer at POP MART for a long time, but today at Glendale honestly broke something for me. My birthday is in April, and I was really looking forward to receiving my birthday gift like always. Instead, I was told the system was down and that I could go to Sherman Oaks or Glendale later and they would honor it. I trusted that. Watch out buying multiple blind boxes from the same set here! They obviously combine partial boxes. Today I bought two Labubus out of what I thought was a full box (in other words, no duplicates) but they were the same one. And of course these are not returnable.
