The person that assisted with the U-Haul rental was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the vehicles themselves suffer from the same lack of maintenance as any other U-Haul location (not the fault of the owner). The first van we got had a check engine light and a tire pressure monitoring system that was missing a sensor on one tire. The wife there is extremely rude and apparently knows nothing. I called for a uhaul and was told I can come in later after work by the husband because they close at 8pm. I arrived after 6 and the wife said she does not do that and since I didn't understand her she was not going to talk to me. Hello! This is America she needs to learn customer service. The minute I walked in the store she was rolling her eyes. Oh well you won't get my business. Kick rocks Pops!

I rented a U-Haul truck from Mr. Patel. He made the reservation for me over the phone and made sure he had everything in order. When U-Haul made an error, he recognized it and corrected it right away. We got our truck and were on our way. I'd definitely do business with him again. Nice guy.
