We came to visit Chicago and came here to do a rug which was fun and everyone was helpful and friendly. We were told our rugs would be shipped in 3-4 weeks. We did this in April it is now about to be June and we have yet to receive our rugs. We called last week to check on tracking information and rugs weren’t sent out and was told it would be out on express. One week later still hasn’t been shipped out and still no tracking information. This was such a fun, cool experience! Emily was super friendly and helpful! We did rug tufting and they turned out so good.
Really cool experience. No complaints. Went mid day on a Thursday. Very easy but could be stressful. Definitely may have found a new hobby.
I called ahead prior to booking a reservation for 2 for rug tufting in the evening and was told we were able to come in. On the way there, we got a call saying to come in at 5 instead of 4 pm and we agreed. When we got there at 5, we were told we wouldn’t be seated til 5:30 then were told 6 pm. I communicated with them prior to coming and was given false information. We booked a last minute tufting class for my daughter’s 18th birthday and it was such an amazing experience! 🎉 Tess was absolutely incredible! She was so patient, helpful, and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She really took her time with us and made it fun from start to finish. The whole experience was unique, creative, and perfect for celebrating a special occasion. My daughter loved it, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
