Really cool experience. No complaints. Went mid day on a Thursday. Very easy but could be stressful. Definitely may have found a new hobby.

I called ahead prior to booking a reservation for 2 for rug tufting in the evening and was told we were able to come in. On the way there, we got a call saying to come in at 5 instead of 4 pm and we agreed. When we got there at 5, we were told we wouldn’t be seated til 5:30 then were told 6 pm. I communicated with them prior to coming and was given false information. We booked a last minute tufting class for my daughter’s 18th birthday and it was such an amazing experience! 🎉 Tess was absolutely incredible! She was so patient, helpful, and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She really took her time with us and made it fun from start to finish. The whole experience was unique, creative, and perfect for celebrating a special occasion. My daughter loved it, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Staff member Emily gave us multiple false times to come in store. We had made an online booking and was later told prior to arrival that they were fully booked even though we called ahead. Was told to come back an hour later. When we arrived they said they won’t have availability for another hour. Do not come here!
