I would never recommend Poorna to anyone. As a first time home buyer, I closed my first property with poorna as my lawyer. I had an emergency with the property as it was flooded on the day of closing and the previous owners failed to mention anything and left the place in a rush thinking it would be my problem if they just handed over the keys.
