Appointments aren’t guaranteed. You can show up and she won’t be there. Which sucks bc me and my friends have been looking for someone who knows what they’re doing but I’d hate to suggest someone who disappears at the time of the appointment. I rescheduled my first appt when I came down with the flu and she said it was okay and was very understanding. Wonderful Experience ! I took my daughter to Poona and we were so pleased with her work . She is an extremely talented artist. She has a great personality, very professional , pleasant, creative and so very kind . The atmosphere was very nice and calming . Poonam took the time to show us some of work and discussed our ideas and budget and created a very nice design . My daughter was ecstatic.! I highly recommend PoonaHennaArt to anyone who is looking for great henna artist. Looking forward to returning in the future D
