From her punctuality in communication through the hospitality coming into her place of work. Her freehand, crafty, unique one of a kind art speaks for itself! My henna is in the peeling stage right now, so don’t judge! You can see, even despite the peeling, how incredible her linework is. This was $50, a great price in my opinion for the quality. Poonam is a great artist but, moreover, a great person. She has such a mom personality, just an absolute sweet heart. She offered to cook Indian food for me next time I come and made sure I left with lots of Muffins. She opened my car door for me so I wouldn’t mess up my henna! The POONAM Experience is a thing! I was thoroughly impressed with the promptness when booking for starters. She was warm and hospitable upon entering. There was a lady receiving her service and when I say I was blown away with the work she had is an understatement. Not to be long winded but the hospitality, the humility and the awesome skill was definitely an experience! The Poonam experience! 10/10 will definitely recommend
