We use Poolside Gawler all the time and always such amazing service and so knowledgeable. They just fixed our pool robot and extremely happy with the outcome. Highly recommend!
We went into poolside galwer today needing alot of help. Can't speak highly enough about all the staff. They were welcoming, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
Never again. Service woeful, water testing is woeful and advice is woeful. If you are thinking about changing over from another brand of chemicals to their brand - DONT.
First time for me going to Poolside Gawler today. I dropped off a water sample and was asked to return later as they had a quite a few to get through. On arrival to collect my test, it was in the process of being done which wasn’t an issue as it gave me time to observe and see what stock they had as well. While waiting Amy had another customer return collect their test, at first they were a little disappointed with their sample results however once they had a better understanding of their results and Amy asked a few question... read more
