Review of POOLSIDE Men's Store (next door to Poolside for women): Not only is this my new favorite place to shop for clothing, but it might just be one of the very best stores in the entire Tampa Bay area. From Robert Graham and Tommy Bahama to Southern Tide and several other great brands, the selection is amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Such a gem for both women’s and men’s fashion! Every shopping experience here is truly lovely—the staff is always on point, welcoming, and makes you feel right at home. I’d much rather shop here and give back locally than deal with the dreaded mall. It’s my go-to spot for stylish finds and awesome service! (Shout out: Thank you Dawn for your assistance today with my husband's gift and the sweet gals next door for my own treat!).
What a really nice store only if the customer service reflected the merchandise. Like the rest of the one-star reviews, the customer service is completely terrible, rude, and lacks people skills. The fact that no changes have been made or corrected is a poor reflection of management and ownership. You should rename the store KARENS!
