Charging a 20% ($40) restocking fee on a purchased item that was duplicated because of a UPS tracking error is not good for business.
Mike came by, took a very fast look, identified why we have no suction and resolved the problem for very little money - after 3 others failed for a lot more money. He also had incredible advice on a problem with our gelcoat - and will be doing our entire pool. 100% recommend.
