Grant and his team are spot on! Always very honest and never try to oversell you stuff. I used to use him to clean my pool and now I just get my water tested and do it myself. He taught me all I know, much appreciated.
Love going to this place for my pool needs, always helpful and giving honest feedback with water results. More often than not I leave without buying anything and knowing my pool is in good condition. A good family run business is always the best
Best pool shop around. Staff are very friendly with great advise. These guys have got me out of a few pickles and know their products. I definitely recommend.
Was in the shop yesterday getting my water tested when I got some good advice regarding the Australian Water Testing standards. I was told only monthly testing is required, I spoke to Blake myself and he said he could test my water once a week and sell me something like the other shops do. But he knows once he tests your water and gives you the appropriate chemicals your pool is sweet for a month. If I could go zero or negative stars I would I’ve spent a lot of money with these guys and now I’m changing my pool to low salt / mineral I have been testing my water weekly - after 2 weeks no more tests allowed by him - he sent my wife away without testing - will not be spending a cent in here ever again - thanks Blake you did a terrible job - how much does a water test cost you? - it costs you a customer forever and anyone else I can reach out too.
