I wish I could give them 10 stars. Customer service is almost nonexistent these days, but not here. The owner went out of his way to make sure not only I was happy, but my wife was too (That is most important). I want to thank Alex for the unbelievable service. I will get all my pool accessories from Pool & Patio Depot. I would 1,000% recommend them to anyone who is looking for any pool, spa or any Patio accessory, you won't be sorry. The service are great and the products are good BUT THE INSTALLING has to approve. We have some problem with their subcontractor for installing the pool. But the owner is so amazing and so responsible for their service. I love that they stand behind their products but you have to ask for a good installer for your pool and check for i formation to make sure they don't over charge you for installing and receive not what you pay for.

I worked with John to purchase an outdoor kitchen island to go along with our new pool. No headaches, no issues with delivery, and more importantly a good experience overall. I would recommend them based on the honesty that I received both during the purchase and also the delivery process!
