Owner Mark told me that he would pay for all the work that needs to get done to make my dogs healthy, (up to the price of my dogs). Then I take my dog to my veterinarian instead of their veterinarian and it's a totally different diagnosis. Now I get the run around that they can only communicate with me via email and they will decide what they will pay. 3 months ago I purchased my French bulldog period from the get go he had 2 parasites. Till this day 3 months lay that he still has the parasite as well as my son getting rushed to the hospital with it. Stupid me 2 weeks later I purchased another dog that I been looking for for a while. Once again from the get go this dog had kennel cough which turned into supposedly bronchitis. I bought Jordan, the ShihTzu/Bichon Frise. Hes a lovely pup, albeit an intense biter and we are happy with him. All pups are hard. What i am very upset about is that they represented him as an F1 from a proper breeder. He is from a puppy mill. I was looking for his parents online to make sure he was an F1 because i was looking for that and the “breeder” looks like its in a disgusting junk yard and has many undercover videos online from as recently as last summer.
