Its ok for what facilities ive used which isn't much. The toddler pool is ok, would be a lot higher, except its supposed to be heated, but it very rarely is. Also the lockers take 50p coins, and I mean they literally take the 50p, so dont forget to put something away, or you'll be needing to use another 50p. I think Halo are trying to make money before spending money to fix things up, the only things ive seen them fix up are things that make money, like the hydro slides. Tried to Call 10+ times, no one answers the phones. Simply wanted to find out Ski prices/times as the website doesn't show anything or allow you to book anything and the chat function is a dead end as it asks you to pick an option and doesn't give you any options.. thus going round in circles. So.... Off to another dry ski facility. brilliant.
We were met by Lisa on reception. She was so lovely and helpful with biggest smile on her face :)
Went for the autistic swim on a Friday lovely and quite and nice clean changing rooms
